打桩机安全事项
Pile Driver Safety Matters
工地上经常能够见到打桩机，对于这样的大型设备，在进行操作的时候都会有很多的要求，不仅仅是为了保证设备的正常使用，同时也是为了保证操作人员的安全，北奕机械特整理了打桩机在安全操作方面的一些重要安全事项。
Pile drivers are often seen on construction sites. For such large-scale equipment, there will be a lot of requirements in the operation, not only to ensure the normal use of equipment, but also to ensure the safety of operators. Beiyi Machinery specially arranges some important safety matters in the safe operation of pile drivers.
1.打桩机所配置的动力装置、卷扬机、液压装置和电气装置等均应按其使用说明书操作。
1. The power device, hoist, hydraulic device and electrical device of the pile driver shall be operated in accordance with the instructions.
2.操作人员应经过专门培训，熟悉所操作打桩机的性能、构造、使用和维护保养方法，持有操作证后方可操作。
2. Operators should be specially trained, familiar with the performance, construction, use and maintenance of the piling machine, and operate only after holding the operation certificate.
3.作业前，应对工作现场的周围环境、建筑物和地质条件等情况进行全面了解。
3. Before the operation, we should have a comprehensive understanding of the surrounding environment, buildings and geological conditions of the work site.
4.打桩机的组装、试车、拆卸均应按使用说明书中规定的程序。
4. The assembly, test run and disassembly of pile driver shall follow the procedures prescribed in the manual.
5.遇六级以上大风或大雨、大雪和大雾等恶劣天气时，应停止作业。当风力大于七级时，应将打桩机迎风向停置，放下柴油锤，并增设防风缆绳，必要时应将桩架放倒。打桩机应有防雷措施，遇雷电时人员应远离打桩机。
5. Operations should be stopped in case of severe weather such as gale or rain, heavy snow and fog above Grade 6. When the wind force is greater than seven levels, the pile driver should be stopped in the windward direction, the diesel hammer should be lowered, and the windproof cable should be added. If necessary, the pile frame should be put down. Pile driver should have lightning protection measures, and personnel should stay away from pile driver in case of lightning.
