打桩机在工作中的安全注意事项：
Safety precautions in the work of pile driver:
1、打桩机工作时，要有专人指挥。指挥人员与操作人员在工作前要相互核对信号。工作中应密切配合。
1. When the pile driver works, it should be directed by a special person. Commanders and operators should check each other's **s before working. Close cooperation should be made in the work.
2、开始时，应用电铃或其它方式发出信号，通知周围人员离开。

3、打桩机与桩帽，桩帽与管柱（或桩）平面要垫平，联结螺栓应拧紧，并应经常检查是否有松动。

4、打桩机的启动应由低速档逐档加快到高速。

5、打桩机在工作中应密切注视控制盘上电流、电压的指示情况。若发现异响或其它异常情况，应立即停机检查。

6、经常检查轴承温度及轴承盖螺钉是否有松动现象，要严格检查偏心铁块联结螺钉有无松动，防止发生事故。

7、下沉时，管柱（或桩）周围严禁站人。
