打桩机安装规程
Installation Rules for Pile Drivers
一、打桩机操作人员，必须熟悉本机械的构造，性能、操作要领及安全注意事项，经考试合格并取得合格证后，方可单独操作。
1. Pile driver operators must be familiar with the structure, performance, operation essentials and safety precautions of the machine. Only after passing the examination and obtaining the certificate of qualification can they operate independently.
二、操作人员在操作时，必须精力集中。不得与无关人员说、笑、打、闹，操作中不准吸烟及吃食物。
2. Operators must concentrate on their operations. No talking, laughing, fighting or making noises with unrelated personnel, no smoking or eating during operation.
三、严格遵守打桩机的有关保养规定，认真地做好各级保养，确保打桩机经常处于良好状态。并要注意合理使用，正确操作。
3. Strictly abide by the relevant maintenance regulations of piling machines, conscientiously do a good job at all levels of maintenance, to ensure that piling machines are often in good condition. And pay attention to rational use and correct operation.
四、打桩机在工作前，应作好以下各项准备工作：

1、向施工人员了解施工条件和任务、及施工中发现的问题与本班应注意的事项。
1. Understand construction conditions and tasks, problems found in construction and matters needing attention in this class.
2、根据施工人员所要求的震动力，调整打桩机变速齿轮的位置。
2. Adjust the position of the variable speed gear of the pile driver according to the vibration force required by the constructors.
3、检查电缆、导线的绝缘是否良好。检查控制器触点是否良好，界限是否正确。
3. Check the insulation of cable and conductor. Check whether the controller contacts are good and the boundaries are correct.
4、检查电源的电压是否符合要求。
4. Check whether the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements.
5、按日常保养项目对各部进行润滑，保养。
5. Lubricate and maintain each department according to daily maintenance items.
